1How long does shipping take?

Our products have different processing times depending on the locations where they are supposed to be delivered. Usually, the domestic orders take around 4-6 working days, after the product is shipped from our side. And the international orders mostly take 3-5 weeks, but it can take up to 7 weeks. Please note that the shipping time does not include holidays or weekends.

2How often can I use the Bemiss Pink Clay Mask?

Pink Clay has the default property of removing excess oil from the skin while providing the required nutrients. So, if you have oily skin, you can use the product 2-3 times a week. For dry or sensitive skin, use the product up to 2 times a week. Leave it for about 10 minutes until the mask is completely dry and remove the mask with a damp towel.

3Can I still use this product if my skin is prone to irritation?

Our product is suitable for most of the skin types including sensitive and acne-prone. We always recommend to try the product on a small portion of your skin and check for any harsh reactions. If there are any, discontinue using it.

4Where do I enter my discount code?

While checking out, there will be a small section to input the discount/coupon code. Apply the relevant promotion code and you will get the confirmation message if the process was successful.

5How do I know if a product is out of stock?

You will be notified with an error message when you are placing an order. Our products are usually restocked a month so be sure to check regularly. We will also send you a notification email as soon as your desired product is available again.

6Where do I find the promotion/discount codes?

All the promotions and discount codes are posted on our Facebook page which can be accessed by clicking here. Make sure you follow our page to receive all the latest updates.

7What payment methods are accepted by you?

For our local customers, we accept direct bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and Maybank QR scan. For international ones, only PayPal is accepted. In special cases, we also accept cash-on-delivery if you are located near one of our distributors. 8I have not received my order yet, what do I do?

Please remember that domestic orders take 4-6 working days to deliver after they have been shipped from our side. For international orders, the time may as well be 3-5 weeks. If you haven't received your product within these mentioned timelines, kindly contact us by clicking here.

9Do you have a return policy?

10Can I have a refund if I don't like the product?

All refunds or replacement requests will only be accepted if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. It is compulsory that the product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. In case any of the above conditions are found, you will not be able to receive any refund or replacement.

11I received the wrong product, what do I do?

As a foremost step, make sure you ordered the right product. If you did and still received something else, kindly contact us by clicking here and we'll replace the product for you as long as it was unused and undamaged.

12The product I received was in a poor condition, what do I do?

Usually, we do not replace products that have been used or damaged by the customer. However, if your product was in such state right from the start, you might be eligible for a replacement. Kindly contact us by clicking here so we can formulate the best solution for you.

13What if I am having trouble ordering your products online?

Please try different browsers if your primary one doesn't work. If the problem still remains, try to clear browser cache, that should solve the issue if it is from your side. In case nothing works, kindly contact us by clicking here so we can investigate the matter further.

14How can I track the delivery progress of my product?

You do not need to track the delivery progress as once the products are shipped, you will receive them in 1-2 days. If any sort of delay occurs, you are free to contact us by clicking here and we'll look into your order.

15How do I check the status of my product's shipment?

As soon as your product is dispatched for shipment, which is usually done the very next day after your order is confirmed, you will be emailed with a shipment tracking number. This number can be used to find out updates regarding your shipment status.
